Industrial Maintenance TechnicianPay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Location: Jacksonville, FLPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment servicing in an industrial/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsDiagnose equipment failures and make necessary repairsInspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues before breakdowns occurPerform scheduled maintenance and maintain accurate service recordsRepair and replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, and other componentsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manualsUse hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safelyAssist with equipment installation, setup, and modificationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow OSHA and company safety proceduresRespond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtimeQualifications2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsElectrical troubleshooting experience requiredExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferredAbility to read schematics and technical manualsExperience using hand and power toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to work around machinery, noise, and varying temperaturesAbility to work overtime or respond to emergency maintenance needs when requiredWhy Apply?Competitive hourly payFull-time opportunityOpportunity for long-term employment and advancementWork with a growing industrial operationConsistent schedule and hands-on technical work
