Travel Physical Therapist - $2,276 per week

Job Description MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in North Grafton, Massachusetts. The position begins ASAP for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts), and is a travel assignment. Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with passing NPTEL and graduation from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT, or actively in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification. Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Provide direct patient care, establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance as directed by physicians. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
