Unlicensed Therapist – Tampa Bay Girls Academy Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of youth. The Rite of Passage Team is hiring an Unlicensed Therapist at Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida for its secure residential programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk female youth aged 12‑21. What You’ll Do Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to documented assessment and treatment plans. Work as a member of the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinic and report to the Clinical Director or designated supervisor. Pay & Benefits Annual salary: $60,000. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral and mental health field. Experience delivering behavioral health services with Medicaid/Medicare billing and documentation standards. At least two years of experience working with children, teens, and families in a behavioral health counseling setting. Requirements Be at least 21 years of age.
