Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in a central Florida hospital. Assist physicians and Cath Lab personnel in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures and operate imaging equipment to capture crucial cardiac and vascular data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications. American Heart Association preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
• Cath Lab experience performing invasive cardiac procedures.
• State licensure when required for the position.
• Experience with GE imaging equipment and familiarity with MacLab and Meditech EMR preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.
• Prior experience working in units with hybrid rooms and electrophysiology (EP) procedures preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to function in 1:1 patient care ratios.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:00.
• Day shift staffing includes RNs and techs; night coverage is on call.
• Work occurs in a Cath Lab environment with two Cath Lab rooms, one EP room, and one hybrid room.
