Performance Improvement Nurse: Lead Clinical Quality

Baptist Health

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a PI Nurse who will apply clinical knowledge to improve performance, coordinate data, and lead teams for accreditation readiness. The role requires a strong clinical background and a BSN or current RN pursuing BSN within three years of start date. The candidate should have at least five years of clinical experience, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baptist Health
