Maintenance Technician

Summary of the Role As the Maintenance Technician, you will preserve the condition and functionality of all facility and manufacturing equipment with a high degree of safety and quality. The position will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals. Shift: Monday - Friday DAY Shift / occasional weekends on-call expectation Your Responsibilities Create and follow maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs). Troubleshoot machinery and diagnose the root cause of malfunctions using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities. Perform mechanical repairs using hand and power tools. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to solve complex mechanical issues. Maintains a safe and clean work environment Follows all internal safety practices and OSHA regulations. Provides excellent customer service to internal client groups. Work with HVAC systems and chemical process systems. Work with motors, pumps, seals, as well as valves, reactors, tanks, and control systems. Embody our company values, which are: be reliable, be caring, be transparent and be willing. Requirements for the Role Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5-8 years relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry preferred. Experience working in a chemical or industrial environment preferred. Industrial Maintenance Technician Certificate preferred.
