Contract | Night Shift | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols
• Observe and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapies and interventions for clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with Epic electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience in a regional or acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Magnet-designated hospital standards and practices
