Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, development, and implementation
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs
- Collaborative team mindset with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s requirements
- Deliver engaging differentiated instruction across various learning abilities
- Maintain accurate, confidential student records and compliance documentation
- Work closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student progress
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and behavioral management techniques to enhance student success
- Monitor, assess, and report on student growth and goal achievement regularly
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives as an enthusiastic and active member of the instructional team
