X-Ray Technician

The position is for an X-Ray Technician in a diagnostic setting. The shift is from 08:00 to 16:30 with a focus on adult patients. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend work is required. The role includes rotating through outpatient ortho, surgery, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging. The facility primarily serves patients who are transplant and cancer cases. The X-Ray area has 8-10 technicians on shift. Floating to other departments may be necessary. The candidate is required to have specific skills in various imaging techniques such as abdomen decubitus and upright, chest routine, lumbar spine, and portable procedures. Additional skills in contrast media preparation may be needed. Candidates must provide two supervisory references. Local candidates will be considered. Temporary licenses may be permitted if applications for permanent licenses are submitted before the start date.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Must have in-state license prior to start Certifications: BLS, ARRT Must-Have: - COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
