What you’ll do Own every screen, flow, and interaction Build a scalable design system across web (and later mobile) Create workflows so intuitive customers never need support Set the design bar across product, brand, and marketing Work directly with the founders to shape roadmap + future product lines What they’re looking for 5+ years in Product Design Someone who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast Strong collaborators with strong references Bonus: fintech, React/CSS, or formal design/art/CS background.
