On top of paying up to $16 per hour we offer unique perks like: Perks Flexible Scheduling Meal Discounts Paid Training Next Day Pay – receive up to 50% of your prior day’s earned wages * Benefits are subject to service What You Will Do: Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members Support training and onboarding of new team members Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For Proven reliability and professionalism Positive, servant-leadership attitude Strong people skills with a passion for mentoring others Commitment to exceptional guest service Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator—both verbal and written Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable Ability to manage team member performance with fairness and empathy Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Prior experience in a supervisory, shift lead, or restaurant management role preferred US work authorization High School Diploma or equivalent We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
