Salesforce Senior Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Senior Engineer will maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, focusing on programming, design, and user support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation and improvement of coding practices and standards for Salesforce CRM Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues with the CRM system Collaborate with business partners on user acceptance testing and manage vendor relationships for solution delivery Required Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or in a similar role Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, administration, and optimization Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features Experience with integration solutions using REST API and other tools
