We boldly go. Where is the work: Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations. Technical Skills Basic understanding of electrical and electronic circuits (Beginner– Intermediate) Ability to safely use hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment (Beginner) Basic wiring, sensor installation, and introductory software configuration (Beginner–Intermediate) Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings (Beginner) Understanding of jobsite and electrical safety practices (Basic) Behavioural Skills High willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and procedures Attention to detail in documentation, wiring, and configuration tasks Effective communication with mentors, journeymen, and supervisors Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork Basic problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic field Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $18.36 - $30.67 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Benefits kick in on Day One, including health insurance, holistic wellness programs, fertility coverage, adoption/surrogacy assistance, 401(k) match up to 8%, paid time off (15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options), educational and training opportunities, tuition assistance, and student debt support.
