This position ensures finished products meet quality standards, production requirements, and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Palletizer works closely with production, shipping, quality, and warehouse personnel to support manufacturing operations.**Key Responsibilities*** Stack, sort, and palletize finished aluminum products according to specifications and work instructions.* Inspect products for defects, damage, or non-conformance before packaging and shipment.* Apply protective packaging materials, banding, stretch wrap, labels, and identification tags as required.* Operate palletizing equipment, conveyors, stretch wrappers, and other packaging machinery safely and efficiently.* Monitor packaging lines and ensure products are properly aligned and secured.* Verify product counts, dimensions, and packaging requirements.* Remove damaged or non-conforming material and notify supervisors of quality concerns.* Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping and 5S standards.* Assist with material handling activities, including moving products using forklifts or other equipment when authorized and trained.* Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.* Follow all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.* Support continuous improvement initiatives and productivity goals.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED preferred.* Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.* Experience in aluminum manufacturing or metals production is a plus.* Ability to read and understand production orders, labels, and work instructions.* Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.* Ability to identify product defects and quality issues.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.* Good communication and teamwork skills.**Work Environment**May involve exposure to noise, moderate temperatures, and handling of materials.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.Ability to lift 50lbs or more.Able to perform in a high-pressure fast paced environment.## **What Crown Offers You*** Strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees* The opportunity to build a meaningful career* Professional and personal development through training and work experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
