Senior Client Solutions Manager - Influencer Marketing Agency & SaaS Tech - Beauty Vertical

*This role requires experience at an influencer marketing agency/tech working mostly with enterprise beauty clients

Remote Role Based in the USA work EST Hours

Up to $110k base + OTE

This agency works with leading enterprise brands across fashion, beauty, and e-commerce to deliver culturally relevant creator campaigns at scale.

The Opportunity

They’re looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join their Client Solutions team. This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, strategy, and execution. You’ll own a portfolio of enterprise beauty accounts, acting as a trusted advisor while driving strong delivery, retention, and growth.

Reporting into the Head of Client Solutions, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks proactively, and knows how to turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

• Serve as the day-to-day lead for multiple enterprise beauty clients
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Represent the client internally, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver against goals
• Identify opportunities for account expansion across new markets, formats, or creative solutions

Strategic Communication & Reporting

• Translate insights, performance results, and feedback into clear strategic recommendations
• Deliver polished, executive-ready updates, presentations, and performance reports
• Partner with strategy and product teams to communicate results against KPIs and inform future planning

Campaign Execution Oversight

• Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, and overall quality of execution
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand, on time, and on budget
• Anticipate challenges and drive solutions quickly to maintain momentum
• *You will not be running the campaigns yourself as they have Campaign Managers doing that role but you should have a campaign management background

Growth & Retention

• Play a direct role in client retention and revenue growth, with accountability for Net Revenue Retention
• Align campaign strategy to client objectives and stakeholder success metrics
• Build long-term partnerships that lead to repeat and expanded business

Project & Performance Management

• Lead large-scale creator programs from kickoff through wrap
• Track performance, forecast outcomes, and use insights to guide both execution and long-term strategy

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or client-facing account management
• You must have been managing mostly beauty clients
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and platform dynamics, particularly TikTok and Instagram
• Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect performance to retention and growth
• Excellent communication skills across both client-facing and internal audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
