Our CTT clients include wireless and wireline equipment and communications service providers; enterprise IT, consumer electronics, and semiconductor companies; broadcasters, publishers, platform operators, online and entertainment companies; high‑tech and software firms. We work with clients’ leaders and stakeholders to define, design, and achieve lasting results. Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America supports private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post‑transaction value realization. Our technology practice collaborates with clients to create sustainable shareholder value through anticipating Value Migration shifts, developing innovative business models, and improving operational excellence across enterprise computing, software, communications, consumer electronics, semiconductor, and IT services industries. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and aspects of client relationships and the commercial process, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility for engagement success. Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery that meets agreed goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice and technical competence. Guide and influence clients in an informed way, including the execution of the commercial process, and act as a trusted advisor. Engage fully in business building by identifying new and expanded opportunities. Create intellectual capital through thought leadership on a broad range of adjacent topics. Develop others and build a followership as part of the firm’s asset building. Lead firm‑building activities and embody firm values, maintaining a strong personal brand within and outside the firm. Desired Skills and Experience 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience, plus Private Capital experience. Commercial Due Diligence expertise. Strong conceptual problem‑solving and analytical skills. Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced environments. Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives. Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time). Compensation and Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $260,000. Base pay is determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, with performance‑based incentives available.
