Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. Unlike corporate offices, our focus is on building lasting relationships with our patients and delivering personalized treatment with compassion and excellence. We are seeking a caring, motivated, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. What Makes Our Office Different?

- Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take digital X-rays
- Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in diagnosing and treatment planning with the doctor
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience
- Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Current Dental Hygienist licensure
- At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
- Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
