Role Responsibilities

• Deliver thorough, continuous care for individuals and families, spanning all age groups-from kids to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency from an accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
