Primary Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all associates are trained in all warehouse processes, including confirming annual SOP compliance. Have a working knowledge of specific client requirements. Provide resolutions and decisions in the client’s best interest. Oversee daily processes on the warehouse floor and communicate any changes or adjustments to staff. Execute annual compliance SOP review and retraining for changes. Assist supervisors on team solutions. Maintain flexibility in hours during high-volume periods. Daily use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide guidance to coordinators. Daily use of the Labor Management System (LMS) and track employee time, attendance, and performance. Assist Supervisor in Operations Oversight including Safety Protocols and Processes. Qualifications and Skills 4+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Experience with a warehouse management system. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong soft skills related to communication, agility, and collaboration.
