Unit Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery

Overview Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is hiring a Unit Coordinator RN for the Labor & Delivery Unit. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position that requires call coverage. Responsibilities • Demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. • Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. • Increases staff satisfaction and promotes excellent customer service.
