About the Position
This is an OB-only CRNA opportunity offering a four-day schedule (Monday-Thursday, 7a-3p) in West Texas, designed for strong work-life balance in an independent practice setting. No call, no nights, and no holidays, creating consistent three-day weekends year-round.
Compensation is competitive with a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off. A 1099 option is also available for those preferring that structure. Additional OR shifts may be available for clinicians looking to increase income and maintain broader clinical exposure.
Located in a family-friendly, safe community within driving distance of Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. Six weeks of PTO allows ample time to travel or enjoy the region's outdoor lifestyle, including hiking, biking, fishing, and boating. Interviewing now.
