This is an OB-only CRNA opportunity offering a four-day schedule (Monday-Thursday, 7a-3p) in West Texas, designed for strong work-life balance in an independent practice setting. No call, no nights, and no holidays, creating consistent three-day weekends year-round.

Compensation is competitive with a comprehensive benefits package and generous paid time off. A 1099 option is also available for those preferring that structure. Additional OR shifts may be available for clinicians looking to increase income and maintain broader clinical exposure.
