Registered Nurse - Oncology

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: The Oncology Registered Nurse will work in an outpatient department within an Infusion Center, responsible for administering chemotherapy and other treatments for hematology patients.

Responsibilities:

Administer chemotherapy and other treatments.
Monitor patient status and vital signs during and after treatments.
Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology nursing.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Chemotherapy certification required.
Experience in chemotherapy administration is essential.
