Job Summary: Marketing Specialist (Contract) - Frederick, MD
About the RoleJoin our fast-paced, onsite team in Frederick, MD as a Marketing Specialist for a six-month contingent assignment. Drive demand generation and commercial growth by executing engaging marketing campaigns and managing impactful trade show events. Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to maximize lead generation and campaign success. Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with no travel required-perfect for professionals who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and want to build their expertise in B2B marketing. Responsibilities - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and industry events to maximize engagement and ROI
- Manage logistics, marketing materials, and communications before and after events
- Organize and track lead capture, follow-up activities, and program effectiveness
- Support Global Campaign Management (GCM) initiatives, ensuring successful campaign execution across multiple channels and stakeholders
- Develop and update campaign materials, coordinate with partners, and maintain project timelines
- Provide day-to-day project management support, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines
- Monitor and report on campaign and event performance to key stakeholders Required Skills and Experience - 2-5 years' experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
- Proven project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing trade shows and event marketing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive work style Preferred Skills - Experience with campaign execution in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools
