Licensed Veterinary Technician Supervisor Lead

Veterinary Lead Clinical Technician (Role) The Veterinary Lead Clinical Technician role is a hands‑on clinical position that combines daily technician responsibilities with leadership in staff training, mentorship, and development. This role promotes teamwork, learning, and high‑quality patient care through guidance, support, and collaboration. Qualifications Experience as a licensed veterinary technician and leadership experience. Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred – or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements. Degree from an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly management tasks and duties. Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines. Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records. Educate staff and clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment. Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 based on experience and licensure status.
