We're currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for the Target Baby Concierge program, an opportunity to provide in-store baby registry consultations to Target guests in select locations. Participation is flexible and non-exclusive, and you choose when (and if) you make yourself available.You may also choose to take advantage of other consultation opportunities through Tot Squad's national platform. Services You May ProvideOffer personalized baby registry consultations for new and expecting parentsShare expertise across key baby product categories, including car seats, strollers, sleep products, and moreProvide warm, supportive, and professional guidance during each appointmentRepresent yourself professionally while delivering high-quality service to familiesCompensationTarget Baby Concierge program: Compensation varies by appointment type and currently ranges from $25–$35 per appointment for opportunities booked through the Target programOther Tot Squad opportunities:Baby Registry Experts set their own ratesCompensation is provided per appointment. There is no minimum or guaranteed volume of work offered.Timing & AvailabilityTarget Baby Concierge in-store opportunities are expected to begin in select markets in late March 2026Availability varies by state and store location; current opportunities are listed in the applicationYou choose when and how often you make yourself availableAbout YouYou may be a great fit if:You're a parent with firsthand baby gear and registry experience and/or have supported families in a baby-related role (formal or informal)You're an independent baby care professional (e.g., doula, CPST, nanny, lactation consultant, baby planner)Friends often come to you for baby gear adviceYou enjoy helping families feel supported, confident, and informedYou communicate clearly, kindly, and professionallyBonus:Familiarity with baby brands or registry platformsLocation:U.S.-basedCertification RequirementsTo participate in Target Baby Concierge in-store appointments, a baby planning certification is required prior to scheduling appointments. Accepted certifications include:Gugu Concierge (offered for free)Baby Planner UniversityComparable baby planning programsParticipants in the Target program receive complimentary virtual access to Gugu Concierge Certification, typically completed in 1–2 days.Additional Requirements for Target Program ParticipationBackground check requiredAvailability varies by state and store location.
