Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary: $46,000–$54,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Apply customer payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts.
Prepare and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and variances.
Assist with aging reports and collections follow‑up.
Support month‑end AR close and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or cash applications.
Strong customer service, follow‑up, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with accounting systems.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
