Founded in Denmark, Ole & Steen has been serving handcrafted breads, pastries, and coffee for over 30 years. Since opening in NYC in 2019, we've grown to three locations and counting-bringing a little everyday special to New Yorkers, one cinnamon swirl at a time. Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Ole & Steen About Ole & Steen Lagkagehuset Founded in 1991 by bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek and originally called Lagkagehuset or "layer cake house," Ole & Steen is a pioneer in the resurgence of artisan and handcrafted baking practices in Denmark. In the US, Ole & Steen has introduced New Yorkers to their modern takes on traditional Danish pastries, while welcoming guests with a sense of Danish hygge and hospitality. We still do things the old way - expert bakers working all night and all day to ensure that each guest has the best handmade bread, pastry, sandwich, or cake any time of the day.

Barista Role Overview
