Maintenance Worker – Entry LevelWe are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support multiple Dunkin' locations in Naugatuck and Wallingford, CT. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and learning new skills. No formal education is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment (training provided)Perform routine maintenance to landscapingConduct basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as neededTravel between locations to respond to maintenance needsMonitor and report equipment issues or safety concernsMaintain tools, supplies, and a clean work environmentCommunicate effectively with management regarding completed tasks and upcoming needsRequirementsMust have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors and indoorsComfortable working independently and managing time across multiple sitesWillingness to learn equipment maintenance and follow safety protocolsAvailability to travel between locations as neededPreferred Experience (Not Required)Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or handyman workFamiliarity with restaurant equipment or facilities maintenanceBasic knowledge of tools and repair techniquesElectrical or mechanical experience or education is a plusWe are a locally owned and family-run Dunkin' franchise with over 35 years of service in the community.
