Specialty Head Chef - Florida ultra luxury club

Preferred candidate should excel in North Indian & Goan cuisine. Role: The Specialty Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of service within the kitchen environment creating fine dining experiences especially in Indian fine dining cuisine. This role supports ongoing food preparation and leads the team during service, ensuring quality, timing, and coordination across all stations. The expectation is that the Chef will own their experience to create lasting memories for the guests at the restaurants or banquet events by providing fine dining cuisine especially enhancing the fine dining Indian cuisine offerings (North Indian and Goan cuisine). Qualifications: The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED. At least five years of hands-on experience in authentic Indian cuisine, with a strong understanding of regional traditions, techniques, and culinary authenticity especially in North Indian and Goan cuisine. They have formal culinary training through a certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized Indian culinary institute, with both practical and theoretical knowledge of regional Indian cuisines especially North Indian and Goan Cuisine. Flexible and reliable, they are available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and bring a deep passion for Indian gastronomy and professional kitchen standards. Compensation: Competitive base salary US $$$, accommodation allowance and relocation. 20% Bonus based on KPIs and all company benefits.
