Project Manager

Client is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, system implementation, and excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Utilize MS Teams for effective communication, collaboration, and project tracking.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Teams for communication and collaboration.
• Strong project management experience, including planning, execution, and tracking.
• Hands-on experience with system implementation projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across different levels and functions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of MS Planner or other task management platforms.
• Experience in real estate project management and vendor/contact management.
