Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Responsibilities Provide health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment. Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision‑making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision. Participate in Humana/Senior Bridge's TB screening program and be screened for TB. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Eight or more years of technical experience Two or more years of project leadership experience Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state Preferred Qualifications Master’s in Science of Nursing / PA Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range $123,800 - $170,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
