MAU is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Richmond, VA. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support on-site recruitment activities, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate direct-hire hiring processes for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client in the manufacturing industry.

Required Education and Experience 

• Associate degree 
• 1+ years of experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or manufacturing recruitment

Essential Functions 

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with client HR, operations, and business leaders while providing secondary support to the Talent Acquisition Leader. 
• Support full-cycle recruitment activities for direct-hire, hourly manufacturing positions within the RPO client's scope. 
• Process active candidates through the client's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records and timely recruitment activity. 
• Identify, present, and place qualified candidates for direct-hire positions based on client hiring requirements. 
• Contribute to the development and consistent execution of direct-hire recruitment best practices. 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders. 
• Prepare candidates and hiring managers for interviews to support a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process. 
• Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews to facilitate timely hiring decisions. 
• Present job offers to selected candidates and support the hiring process. 
• Track recruitment activities and prepare recruiting reports to meet client reporting requirements. 
• Maintain recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and operational performance data. 
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly client talent acquisition meetings as needed. 
• Attend weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings. 
• Support daily recruitment service delivery commitments and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

• Operates primarily in a professional office environment with an on-site presence required. 
• Routinely uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. 
• May require occasional presence at customer sites in administrative and manufacturing environments. 
• Manufacturing environments may include process manufacturing equipment and heavy industrial vehicles. 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. 
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours. 
• Ability to sit for up to 4 hours.
