Prince Frederick, MD Pay From: $19 Per hour MUST: The Medical Assistant should have the following: 2+ years of experience as a medical assistant in a high volume setting Rooming patients Obtaining vital signs and medical histories Assisting with exams and procedures Strong experience entering and updating patient information in EMR Drawing up injections Assisting with casting and splinting Maintaining and updating logs Processing prescriptions and refills Flexible to work in Dunkirk as needed HS Diploma DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Assistant include but are not limited to the following: Room patients Obtain vital signs and medical histories Document and update patient interactions and information in EMR Draw up injections Assist the Radiology Tech as needed Assist with splinting and casting Process prescriptions Clean and prepare exam rooms Maintain and update logs Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
