\n \nResponsibilities:
\n Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to guests through nutrition assessments, care planning and working hand in hand with the interdisciplinary medical team. Assisting with survey preparedness through routine quality assurance monitoring.

\nRequirements:
\nState licensure as required
\nCDR accreditation
\nExcellent customer service skills
\nStrong oral and written communication skills
\nIndependent worker
\nStrong organizational skills
\nLocal travel a plus
