This position is being posted for a potential government contract opportunity. Job Overview Supports the Special Tactics Training Squadron by providing instruction, curriculum support, or educational development services in accordance with contract requirements. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop eLearning products and instructional technology solutions. Support online course development and training delivery. Collaborate with curriculum stakeholders. Maintain training content and learning systems. Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Minimum Requirements/Education BA/BS in Education or Psychology. Minimum 5 years DoD instructional technology experience. Security Requirement Active Secret Clearance Travel Required: CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
