TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified LTAC RN in Columbia, South Carolina, 29201!

Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse (LTAC) – South Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 or 48 hours per week; Weekend coverage required; Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed (1:5 ratio)

Highlights:

• 12-bed ICU in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility with 35-bed Medical-Surgical unit
• Patient population includes ventilator weaning, complex wound care, spinal cord injuries, and tracheostomy/PEG management
• Epic EMR system; minimum 1 year Epic experience required
• Block scheduling with interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and more
• Orientation every Monday; pre-assignment modules (up to 16 billable hours) completed prior to start
• Daily census of approximately 35 patients; serving adult and geriatric populations (18+)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience with Epic EMR required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted facility
