SUMMER CAMP STAFF

Each summer, Zephyr Point brings together a team of passionate individuals to help create meaningful camp and conference experiences where guests of all ages can explore faith, community, and the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Our Summer Staff play a vital role in helping participants experience the joy of creation and recreation while growing in connection with others and with God. We hire up to 30 summer staff members across a variety of roles based on skills and interests. Staff help lead programs, support campers and guests, and contribute to the welcoming community that makes Zephyr Point special. Summer Staff live together on the beautiful Zephyr Point grounds, building an intentional community while serving. Staff receive free housing, weekly pay starting at $410 (depending on role and experience), potential travel stipends, and reimbursement for relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR, WFA, or Lifeguard Training. We welcome applicants from all stages of their spiritual journey. Questions are encouraged, curiosity is celebrated, and we simply ask that you bring authenticity and a willingness to learn and grow with us. At Zephyr Point Youth Camps, we aspire to create a sacred space where all campers can learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and inclusive environment.
