- Inpatient opportunity available, if desired
- Start date: 60-90 Days
- Schedule:
- Mon/Wed/Fri - 8am - 5pm
- Tues/Thurs - 8am - 7pm
- Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
- Patient Population: All Ages
- Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
- EMR : Epic
- Support: 4 Physicians | Dedicated & experienced support staff
