About the Position

Brief Unit/Facility Overview: Outpatient Physical Therapy on the East side of Iowa City. Currently 2 PTs, 1 PTA. PT will be on FMLA. Key Experience and Skills Required: Outpatient PT experience Patient Ratios / Productivity: 50 PPW, dovetailed treatment sessions. Evaluation Times: 60 minute evals; 30 minute treatment blocks with 60 minute tx sessions. Types of Cases Seen: General orthopedic, post ops Patient Population: Adult, elementary-high school aged, geriatric, ortho, sports med. Years of Experience Preferred: 1+ years. New Graduates: Will be considered Schedule Details: M-F. Variable shifts throughout the week. Open 7:00 am-7:00 pm Schedule Structure: 5x8s, 4x10s Clinic Hours: First patient starts at 7:00 am and last patient starts at 6:00 pm- M-Th, Fri 7:00-4:30 Documentation System: NextGen. Staff Support in Clinic: 1 PT, 1 PTA, Rehab Aides, 1 PEC (front desk) Floating Requirements: None. Temp-to-Perm Opportunity: Open to discussion.
