Work Schedule

Enjoy a structured and balanced weekly schedule:

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Optional)

Compensation

$650–$850 Daily Guarantee for the first 6 months Then transition to 35% of collections, minus 35% lab fees This model supports income stability while rewarding strong clinical performance.

Your Role

• Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient
• Deliver high-quality restorative, surgical, and prosthetic care
• Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• 2+ years of clinical experience (urgent care preferred)
• Proficient in surgery and prosthetics
• Skilled in bread & butter dentistry, cosmetic procedures, clear aligner therapy, and basic implant work (implant experience a plus)
• Fully compliant with all state and federal dental regulations
