Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and students' specific needs, in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups, utilizing evidence‑based practices and innovative techniques. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and achievement of educational goals. Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports. Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing insights and remendations regarding students' speech and language needs. Stay informed about current best practices and research in the field of speech‑language pathology. Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and relevant regulatory bodies. Qualifications: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid New York state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP). Certification from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working with school‑aged children, preferably in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent verbal and written munication skills.
