Pay Rate: $40.00-$43.00/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Carbondale, IL. This is an inpatient therapy role with floating required between Herrin, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph's as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Support patients with functional mobility, activities of daily living, and independence
Collaborate with rehabilitation teams, nursing staff, and providers
Document patient care and progress accurately in EPIC
Float between assigned facilities as needed
Support safe, effective, and patient-centered therapy care

Requirements

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience required
Inpatient occupational therapy experience preferred
EPIC experience preferred
Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts
Must be flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts
Must be willing to float between Herrin, MHC, and St. Joseph's
