Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain prior to start
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
