  • Partner with the Equal Opportunity Report and Response (EORR), Human Resources, Disability Support Services (DSS), General Counsel, and other compliance leaders to ensure alignment of ADA/Section 504 practices with broader institutional compliance, civil rights, equity, and risk-management frameworks.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive education, training, and outreach initiatives that strengthen institutional understanding of disability inclusion, accessibility requirements, accommodation processes, legal obligations, and emerging best practices.
  • Lead the University's digital accessibility strategy by establishing institutional compliance expectations, prioritizing remediation efforts, providing consultation regarding accessibility technologies and digital content, and promoting compliance with WCAG, Section 508, and related accessibility standards across websites, software, electronic communications, instructional materials, events, and public-facing digital resources.
