Job Responsibilities As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. Implement behavior intervention plans and skill‑acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress using clinical software. Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions. Job Requirements Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus). Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred. Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
