Location: 100% Remote

Contract Length: 3 months + potential to extend

Day to Day Responsibilities/Project specifics:

As a Power BI Report/Dashboard Developer, you will help to build dynamic and insightful reporting of the organization’s most important metrics and KPIs. You are responsible for taking the reporting requirements gathered by the Operations team and designing, developing and implementing the reporting solution. This will include numerous types of data visualizations and various data types and sources. You will work closely with Operations and key stakeholders to deliver the reporting solution and once aligned will assist in fully operationalizing the reporting. You will also support and foster an environment of learning/knowledge share to upskill Operations staff and expand their capabilities within the new reporting environment.

Specific qualifications include:

• Construct complex and multifaceted reporting dashboard that covers 14 different functions across the organization
• Experience with advanced Power BI technical skills that includes data modeling, data transformations, DAX language, visualizations, and architecture.
• Vision to determine the best set up for the dashboard for both today and the future
• Able to connect to data sources including those that aren’t most often utilized (i.e. Essbase, SuccessFactors, Data Lake (FIonA), etc.)
• Coach and advise team on how to best leverage Power BI and sustain dashboards created for the future
• Work with key stakeholders to understand data (when, where, how)
• Experience building impactful data visualizations that summarize and tell a compelling story.
• Create data visualizations to show targets and whether they were met or not.
• Develop accuracy and data validation checks within the reporting environment to help support reporting reliability.

• Strong communication skills and ability to teach and mentor current team on PowerBI capabilities as needed.
