NOXX Delivery DriverNOXX Delivery Drivers (on-the-go Budtenders) are the ambassadors for our out-of-store customers' experience. From the initial greeting through the delivery hand-off-- we want to ensure that all customers receive the same stellar customer experience. The ideal candidate should be dependable and comfortable with delivering in urban areas. Company delivery vehicle provided.Responsibilities:Delivers product to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state driving lawsRepresent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing the best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer's expectationsMaintains delivery log and records and performs quality inventory checks before and after shiftsFollow established guidelines to ensure compliance including checking for valid ID, verifying payment, and receiving customer signature for orderFollows delivery routes as scheduled to ensure delivery within scheduled time-frameProcesses transactions using the point of sale systemEstablish relationships with customers and provide a memorable customer experience to create loyalty to our brandAssist with in-store duties on an as needed basis including: assisting with packaging and inventory stockingOther duties as assignedRequirements:Valid, unexpired driver's license in good standing is requiredCompletion of a background investigation including a satisfactory motor vehicle record check requiredMust maintain a clean driving record throughout employmentFamiliarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferredKnowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use delivery and POS softwareAbility to perform sedentary work that primarily involves standing or sittingMust be 21+ years of age25 years of age or older preferredBenefits:Employee Product DiscountNOXX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
