Job Description
We are seeking a STEM OPT-eligible Data Analyst to join our remote analytics team. This role is designed to provide structured training, hands-on project experience, and continuous supervision , ensuring compliance with STEM OPT requirements while helping the candidate build strong analytical and professional skills.
️ Key Responsibilities
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights
Prepare dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation activities
Support business teams by generating periodic performance and KPI reports
Assist in ad-hoc data analysis for client and internal projects
Document analysis processes and maintain data accuracy standards
Work under guidance using internal project monitoring and reporting tools
Qualifications (STEM OPT Eligible)
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related STEM field
Currently on F-1 visa with approved STEM OPT or eligible for STEM OPT extension
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
SQL
Excel
Python or R (preferred)
Data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau – preferred)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills

Structured on-the-job training aligned with the candidate’s STEM degree
Regular supervision through internal project tracking and reporting systems
Periodic performance evaluations and skill assessments
Continuous learning through real-time projects and guided tasks
