Dental Assistant Opportunity
We're hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to become part of a long-term team in a modern, privately owned dental practice. Whether you're just beginning your career or have years of experience, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a practice that's just getting started.
Unlike busy offices where you're expected to "hit the ground running," our new practice offers the opportunity to learn our systems, build confidence, and develop lasting relationships with both patients and coworkers.
What You'll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
- Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
- Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
- Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
- Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience
