BlackScrubs Support provides support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. We are dedicated to helping our clients live more independently by offering daily support and working toward meaningful, personalized goals.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring client safety while supporting daily routines and activities such as hygiene, cleaning, errands, and more. Caregivers also play a vital role in helping clients build life skills, improve social interactions, and stay on track with their personal goals and routines.

We are specifically looking to cover shifts that range between the hours of 10am-10pm, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

• Performing direct care services to include bathing, showering, dressing, toileting or changing incontinent briefs (diapering), and oral hygiene.
• Assist individuals with meal preparation, and housekeeping.
• Small DRIVING - Provide transportation to appointments, community activities, shopping and small errands.
• Ensure the individual's health and safety.
• Document care provided and any changes while adhering to HIPAA regulations after each shift.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION won’t work for this position.
• Must be willing to work different shifts/schedules.
• Locations include - Salt Lake City, Midvale, Murray, Cottonwood Heights, West Valley, Magna, Sandy, North Salt Lake, Bountiful and surrounding areas!
• CPR certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• You must be willing to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to work evenings and occasional weekends
